How does an engagement start?
With a bounded discovery of one to three weeks at a fixed price. You get decision material with options, risks and a cost picture, and you own it whether or not we continue together.
What does it cost?
Hourly rate or a fixed price per delivery. Discovery is always fixed price. Current rates are provided on request.
Who owns the code?
You do. Rights transfer by contract and the code sits in your repositories from day one.
What happens when it ends?
Handover is part of the delivery: documented architecture, an operations description and a walkthrough with your team. A maintenance agreement is possible but not required.
Where do you work?
Remotely with clients in any country, and on site when an engagement calls for it. The company is Swedish and invoices under Swedish and European rules.
